Peptic Ulcer when to call a doctor

The common symptoms of peptic ulcer are the acute pain in the upper abdomen, loss of appetite, vomiting and nausea. Vomiting in severe symptoms and blood in the stool can come. If the patient is having an abdominal pain after eating and after getting antioxidants like Dyesin etc., relief for some time can also be symptoms of peptic ulcer.

But if there is other serious symptoms in the patient, then 108 should get help from the doctor.

like:-

  • Signs like heart attack or shock
  • Sudden abdominal pain and vomiting

If the patient has the following symptoms, contact the doctor immediately –

  • Feeling like dizziness or frequent dizziness. Especially after sitting or standing, when the patient is lying.
  • Blood in the vomit appears
  • The color of the stool looks like black or tar or the red color of the stool or the blood or brown red color appears.

If the patient has peptic ulcer and the following symptoms are shown, call the doctor immediately –
  • If symptoms are getting worse after 10 to 14 days of taking treatment.
  • The lack of weight for no reason
  • Frequent vomiting
  • If the patient is suffering from a different stomach and is not feeling well.
