Symptoms of Peptic Ulcer or stomach ulcer

In peptic ulcer, the inner walls of the stomach and wounds in the upper part of the intestine. Often, when the stomach acid becomes much more then this condition arises. This disease is also caused by a bacterial infection called Helicobacter pylori. Some people have symptoms of peptic ulcer, but some types of ulcers do not appear for long periods of time, and when it is detected, it takes a deadly form.


Common symptoms of peptic ulcer are:

  • Pain and irritation in the middle and upper part of the stomach This pain often happens during dinner and at night.
  • Stomach swelling
  • Chest burn
  • nausea or vomiting
  • Lack of appetite

The patient suffering from peptic ulcer may also have to complain about stomachache. This pain keeps the patient at intervals of a few hours.

Some serious symptoms of peptic ulcer

  • Dark or dark colic (stool may also be seen in blood)
  • Blood vomiting
  • Weight loss
  • Serious pain in the middle of the upper abdomen

At the time of treatment of ulcers, it gets cured and the patient gets relief from his symptoms. But if it is not treated timely, then it causes many more serious problems.

  • Holes in the stomach walls
  • Due to swelling and wound, the path between the stomach and the small intestine is blocked. By which there is a disturbance in the digestive system.

If any person sees all these symptoms, then he should go to the doctor immediately and do his or her checkup, otherwise later it takes the form of stomach or pancreatic cancer.
