Refunds
We offer full refunds on all purchases within 30 days of the original purchase date. To request a refund, please email us at info@doctorshostel.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. Once we receive your request, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Please note that refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. If you paid with a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued as a store credit.
Returns
We accept returns on most unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To return an item, please email us at info@doctorshostel.com to receive a return authorization number. Write this number clearly on the outside of the return package and send it to:

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Opened beauty products for health and safety reasons
