What is sleep Apnea,Sleep Apnea is a form of insomania,which repeated sleep cycle and people complaining about can’t sleep.

Sleep apnea is a serious sleep disorder, in which a person often feels relieved during sleep, which is known as the problem of sleep apnea. Not only this, during sleep apnea, even the rest of the body, such as not having enough oxygen in the brain, also comes the problem. People with this disease snore loudly, and they feel tired all day long despite sleeping all night. This problem may seem small in hearing but its results are quite serious.


Sleep apnea mainly consists of three types-

Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) – This is one of the two common types of apnea. In this there is a blockage in the drainage of the respiratory tract. Because of which two soft tissues of the throat collide together and this problem occurs only during sleep.

Unlike central sleep apnea – obstructive sleep apnea, air is not blocked during breathing, but the brain is unable to send signals to the breathing muscles. This problem is due to instability in the respiratory control center (Central Sleep Apnea) and is due to instability in the respiratory control center.

Complex sleep apnea syndrome – This emergent central treatment is known as sleep apnea, this type of problem occurs in people who have both Central Sleep Apnea and Obstructive Sleep Apnea.
